Oxytetracycline base (as dihydrate)      200 mg
Excipient q.s.                                                        1 mL
   ]]>
Oxytetracycline is a broad spectrum antibiotic with bacteriostatic action against a large number of Grampositive and Gramnegative organisms, (like Streptococci, Staphylococci, Pasteurella spp., Brucella spp., Corynebacteria spp., Erysipelothrix, Coliforms,Salmonella) and Rickettsiae, Mycoplasmas, Chlamydia and some protozoa. Activity against Pseudomonas‑, Proteurs‑ and Klebsiella spp. is low.

Applied parenterally, oxytetracycline penetrates quickly into the blood and tissues, but the advanced effect of this preparation is the extremely long therapeutic effect.

Oxytetracycline acts synergistic with polymyxin.

Indicated with infections caused by microorganisms susceptible to oxytetracycline, like infections of the respiratory tract (pneumonia, bronchopneumonia), infections of the urinary tract, enteritis, (endo)metritis, mastitis, foot rot and Bedsoniasis in sheep.

Contra‑Indications:

Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines, serious kidney and/or liver disturbances, combination with penicillins or cephalosporins.

Side-effects:

Hypersensitivity reactions, irritation at injection site.

Recommendations and Warnings:

Oxytetracycline is incompatible with preparations containing polyvalent cations (Ca ++, Mg++, Fe++), because of their known interference with tetracyclines.

Do not use between 5 days before till 5 days after vaccination.

Dosage and Administration:

The general dose is 20 mg/kg body weight, (= 1 ml solution per 10 kg body weight), deep intramuscular (3 days action). Avoid application of more than 10 ml per injection site. In severe cases the injection can be repeated after 3 days. Piglets till 10 kg maximal 1 ml subcutaneous.

Withdrawal time:

21 days before slaughtering and 7 days before milking.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Store among 15º to 30ºC (59°-86°F).

Keep out of reach of children and domestic animals.

Reseal after each use.

Target Species:

Cattle, horses, swine and dogs.

Gentamicin sulfate equivalent to100 mg Gentamicin base.
Excipients up to                                                           1mL
 ]]>
Gentamycin is an antibiotic belonging to the group of amino-glycosides. It has bactericidal activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (including: Pseudomonas spp., Klebsiella spp., Enterobacter spp., Serratia spp., E. coli, Proteus spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococci). Furthermore, it is active against Campylobacter fetus subsp. jejuni and Treponema hyodysenteriae. Gentamycin may be active against bacteria which are resistant to other amino-glycoside antibiotics (like neomycin, streptomycin, and kanamycin). After intramuscular administration, within 30 – 60 minutes’ maximum serum concentrations are obtained. Gentamycin is excreted mainly by the kidneys, resulting in high concentrations of the active compound in the urine.

Indications

Progent Injectable Solution is used for the treatment of respiratory, gastrointestinal, urogenital system infections and other soft tissue infections caused by gentamicin-sensitive bacteria in cattle, horses, swine, cats and dogs.

Administration and Dosage

For intramuscular or intravenous injection:
Pharmacological dose is 4 mg / kg bodyweight for the target species.

Species Therapeutic Dose
Cattle, Horses 4 mL / 100 kg bodyweight / day
Heifers 2 mL / 50 kg bodyweight / day
Calves, Foals 1 mL / 25 kg bodyweight / day
Swine 1 – 2 mL / 50 kg bodyweight / day
Cats, Dogs 0.2 mL / 5 kg bodyweight / day

Note
The treatment is continued for 2-3 days.

Cautions
Cattle and swine kept for meat must not be sent to slaughter throughout the treatment and within 7 days following the last drug administration. Milk of animals obtained throughout the treatment and within 3 days (6 milking) following the last drug administration should not be offered to consumption by human

Contra indications

Do not administer to animals hypersensitive to amino-glycoside antibiotics. Do not administer to animals with an impaired renal function or with vestibular, ear or visual dysfunctions. Do not use in animals in lactation if milk is intended for human consumption.

Side effects

Kidney damage and/or toxicity, with the vestibular function most often being damaged, when given at high doses and during long times. Respiratory paralysis due to neuromuscular blockade (at very high doses) may occur.

Incompatibility with other drugs

Do not combine with potential nephrotoxic or muscle paralyzing medicines.

Boldenone undecylenate                            50 mg
Slow release Excipients up to                         1mL
   ]]>
Probold offers the possibility of achieving an increase and improvement in body mass, and get an optimal weight gain.
Boldenone is the anabolic agent, widespread in veterinary medicine. This semi-synthetic anabolic derivative of testosterone (hormone produced by the testicles) has modifications at chemical radicals attached to the steroid molecule, which imparts highly anabolic properties and reduced androgenic action
Probold is a long-acting injectable anabolic agent for cattle, horses, pigs, camels and pets.
Indications
Due to its anabolic action, it is indicated to get an increase in weight gain through increased efficiency in feed conversion in adult or developing animals (both pasturing and entrance to intensive feedlot) and to prepare culling livestock (including cows). It stimulates erythropoiesis. As co-adjuvant in consumptive or debilitating type diseases that produce weight loss, convalescent states, senile debility, rickets, fractures and stress.
Dosage and Administration
Apply through deep intramuscular route.
Cattle, horses and pigs: 1 mL/90 kg of b.w.;
sheep, goats and camels: 0.5 mL/45 kg of b.w.;
dogs and cats: 0.5 mL/10 kg of b.w.;
No more than 10mL should be injected at any one site, is recommended to apply it at two points.
Warning
 Do not for use in dairy cattle producing milk for human consumption.
 Do not use in pregnant animals (unless intended for slaughter after treatment).
 Do not administer to animals in poor condition, in feverish conditions, or in situations of intense stress.
 Because of its ability to retain sodium and water, anabolic should not be used in animals with chronic interstitial nephritis.
 If the masculinizing effects are too severe, decrease the dose or discontinue treatment.
Adverse Reactions
May result in androgenic effects (masculinization, behavioral effects) being expressed in some animals. If these effects occur, they may persist for up to 6 to 8 weeks. No additional injections of boldenone undecylenate should be administered.
Withdrawal Period
Meat: 71 days. Do not use in cattle producing milk for human consumption.
Storage
